We’re fully aware of our health and safety obligations. We have ample public and employee liability insurance and our Head Chef and other key staff hold the relevant food and hygiene certificates.
It is our policy to provide the consumer with products that are of high quality, safe and meet the expectations of the purchaser. Our premises and vehicles are regularly inspected by the local Environmental Health Officer. We also employ a consultant EHO.
